One-Time Payment

There are a few ways to make a "One-Time Payment" of your electricity bill:

  1. Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

    • Log into your Senoko Energy online account through yx4r.517b2b.com.
    • Select “Pay Now” located at the top of your screen.
    • Enter your card details and verify your outstanding payment amount.
    • Enter the one-time password sent to the mobile phone number registered to your account during sign-up, and confirm payment.

  2. SGQR PayNow — Make payments easily by scanning the SGQR code displayed at the bottom of your bill.

    • Log into your preferred bank mobile banking app.
    • Scan the SGQR code located next to the Payment Advice on your electricity bill. (Customers who are on e-billing can perform a screenshot and upload the SGQR code into your preferred bank mobile app to facilitate payment.)
    • Pay the correct outstanding bill amount.

  3. AXS — Use the AXS app, AXS e-station or visit any AXS kiosk.

Recurring Payment

Set up “Recurring Payment” easily so that your electricity bills will be paid on time. You may do so through the following payment options:

  1. GIRO
    • If your preferred bank is DBS, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Maybank, HSBC, Bank of China, and Industrial Bank of China, you can set up GIRO payment by logging into your Senoko Energy online account on our mobile app, or through our online portal at http://myaccount.517b2b.com.

      Steps to set up GIRO payment:
      1. Click on "Billing"
      2. Go to "Payment Option"
      3. Select "Giro (online set up)"
      4. Click and scroll down to select your bank

    • For GIRO payment with other banks, simply complete our GIRO application form and mail the form to:

      It may take up to 21 working days to process your application. Please ensure to pay your bills via a one-time payment method while your GIRO application is being processed.

  2. Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

    • Log into your Senoko Energy online account at http://myaccount.517b2b.com.
    • Select Billing from the top.
    • Then select Payment Setup.
    • Click “Add Credit Card” to add your credit or debit card.
To view your payment history, you can log into your Senoko Energy online account, and select “Billing” from the top navigation bar. Your last payment date, amount and payment mode will be listed under the Payment History tab.
